Trainee Acknowledgment

Training Instructions and Regulations

The trainee undertakes to comply with the institute's regulations:

The absence rate must not exceed 20% of the course during the academic semester, in accordance with the study plan approved by the institute.
The trainee must attend at the specified time according to the established schedule. In the event of absence, the administration must be notified of the reasons for absence within a maximum of fourteen hours, and the excuse must be submitted to the administration within a maximum of three days. If the stated period coincides with official holidays, the excuse must be submitted on the first official working day.

When Requesting a Study Postponement

Basic Conditions for Requesting Postponement

Request timing: The request must be submitted electronically sufficiently before the start of the training semester.
Official excuse: Documents proving the trainee's special circumstances must be attached for the postponement to be accepted.
Absence not counted: Once the excuse is officially accepted, the postponement period will not be counted as absence for the trainee.
Maximum duration: Postponement is available for two academic training semesters.

Commitment to paying all financial dues.
No amount from the total agreed tuition fees will be refunded in the event of withdrawal.
Attend lectures at the specified times according to the approved schedule.
Commitment to ethical values.
The institute has the right to take any action, including dismissal or cancellation of enrollment, if otherwise proven.
I do not have the right to register for any subsequent training semester unless I have paid the full fees for the training semester I completed.
Consent to the Privacy Notice:
I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Privacy Notice and consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for purposes related to registration, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Withdrawal Policy of Duroobi Com Higher Training Institute

I agree to the withdrawal policy of Duroobi Com Higher Training Institute:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and undertake the following:

The two parties have agreed to the following clauses regarding the withdrawal policy:

If withdrawal occurs before the start of study, 10% of the total agreed amount will be deducted.
If withdrawal occurs after the start of study, from the first week through the end of the second week, 25% of the total agreed amount will be deducted.
If withdrawal occurs after the start of study, after the third week through the end of the fourth week, 40% of the total agreed amount will be deducted.
If withdrawal occurs after the end of the third month from the start of study, 100% of the total agreed amount will be deducted.
In the event of withdrawal before the start of training, the participant is not entitled to recover the registration confirmation amount after acceptance has been approved.
In the event of withdrawal after the start of training, the participant is not entitled to recover the amount paid in advance and will be required to pay the institute the full tuition fees for the semester.
No amount from the total agreed tuition fees will be refunded in the event of withdrawal.
I do not have the right to register for any subsequent training semester unless I have paid the full fees for the training semester I completed.
The comprehensive examination registration fee is one hundred (100) Saudi riyals, separate from the total agreed amount.
The fee for authenticating certificates and training records is fifty (50) Saudi riyals for each certificate, and fifty (50) Saudi riyals for the final academic record from the institution.
I acknowledge that the institute bears no responsibility whatsoever for failure to pass the final examination administered by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, and that the study fees are non-refundable. I understand that only five attempts are permitted for the final examination. Accordingly, I release Duroobi Com Higher Training Institute from any future liability in this regard and accept full responsibility, acknowledging that the study fees are non-refundable.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and received a copy of the registration form and agree to it.

In all cases, study fees, registration fees, and any other paid expenses are non-refundable.
